You have at least 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role, where you’ve supported managers and employees across a range of people topics.

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree.

In Business Administration, HR Management, or equivalent qualification.

Your daily pitch

The HR Business Partner will join the HR Team to collaborate with the stakeholders across the Product, Technology & Bookmaking Service Units in all the various aspects of employee relations and people management. We emphasize on building close relationships with people managers, understanding the business direction and needs, and coaching and mentoring to ensure the best approach. ​

Your playing field

You will collaborate closely with the Lead HR Business Partner, HR Team, and leadership team to deliver and implement the People and Organisation strategy across Tipico.

You build strong partnerships with people managers to execute HR strategies, policies, and practices with a solution-focused mindset and promote our Tipico leadership standards and our core values.
