Lucie Health Marketplace is a new all-in-one storefront that will change how Americans shop for healthcare.

Lucie connects consumers and brokers to every major individual market plan and a curated menu of ancillary and supplemental products. We’re hiring a Group Product Manager to lead our PM team on the Lucie enrollment platform. This platform is the enrollment infrastructure that powers the broker, consumer, and employer experiences on Lucie.

As a Group Product Manager you will lead EDE platform product strategy, partnering closely with Engineering, Data, and Design teams while managing a team of product managers.

You'll prioritize the enrollment platform roadmap, balancing initiatives across growth, compliance, usability, and strategic partnerships.

You will report into a Director of Product.
