Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with 2+ years of experience in progressive HR responsibilities preferably within Manufacturing , ideally with experience in new site or greenfield operations.
Experience with HRIS and data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate and strategic HR Business Partner to lead the cultural development of our new lines.
You will partner closely with site leadership and associates to create an engaging and productive environment, ensuring our new site is a great place to work.
Lead initiatives to define, communicate, and embed Nature’s Bakery’s culture at our new site, ensuring alignment with our values and mission.
Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with site leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies that support growth and associate engagement.
Identify learning needs and partner with L&D to deliver culture-focused training and development programs.
