Responsibilities
Anduril is a rapidly growing company seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as Occupancy Space Planner of Southern California.
This role plays a pivotal role in managing and forecasting how people occupy space across office environments.
This position is responsible for headcount alignment, scenario planning, and maintaining real-time accuracy of space data.
As a connector between workplace strategy and business operations, the Occupancy Planner ensures the right people are in the right places—with scalability and agility built into every plan.
Partner with HR, Division Leaders, and Facilities to track seating assignments, occupancy, and future headcount needs
Develop stack plans, occupancy forecasts, and test fits to support growth, contraction, and reorganizations
