Responsibilities
Enterprise Design Authority: Lead high-level "Future State" architecture workshops, mapping how Braze interacts with the broader enterprise stack (e.g., Snowflake, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.).
Technical Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex technical committees and address concerns from Information Security, Data Governance, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
Strategic Gap Analysis: Identify potential technical blockers early in the sales cycle and design creative, scalable workarounds that do not compromise platform stability.
Standardization & Governance: Develop best-practice blueprints for common enterprise scenarios (e.g., multi-instance global deployments) to be reused across the SolCon org.
