Site Manager - Flor 401 (JR 5475)

As part of the PATH Enterprises team, the Site Manager is responsible for all on-site operations including: rent collections, tenant relations, scheduling vendors, occupancy reports, financial reporting, regulatory agency compliance, and the physical aspect of the building’s maintenance. The Site Manager is expected to contribute to their assigned community by working collaboratively with an on-site team and third-party outside agencies to provide quality affordable housing. Some properties may need the Site Manager to live on-site as a licensee with a Housing Agreement. The Site Manager is expected to set the standard for community excellence.

Responsible for the management and occupancy of the facility.

Interviews prospective residents and oversees the move ins.

Devises plans for disaster and emergency response.

Establishes strong communication with tenants and builds good rapport with community.
