Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our Operations team, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), transition management, and business expansion. This individual will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities, while ensuring the seamless integration of newly acquired practices into existing operations. The role involves coordinating due diligence activities, supporting the onboarding and transition of acquired entities, and aligning operational workflows with company standards and best practices. The Operations Manager will also contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at driving expansion, increasing market penetration, and supporting long-term organizational growth. Additionally, this position will actively support the organization’s expansion across the state by contributing to client acquisition efforts, building strong relationships with potential partners, and identifying new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will drive performance improvement initiatives and streamline operational processes to enable scalable, efficient, and sustainable growth.
