You're a fit for the role of Senior Client Project Manager at Thomson Reuters if your background includes:
Significant, demonstrable experience leading complex customer-facing projects, ideally within a global or multinational environment.
Proven experience managing global customers and delivering projects across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
A solid educational background; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
Experience with e-invoicing or ERP implementations is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at senior stakeholder levels and communicate effectively in English with both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
As Senior Client Project Manager at Thomson Reuters, you will:
Take overall ownership of complex implementation projects, leading cross-functional teams - including sales, technical consultants, product development, and other departments - to deliver on time, within budget, and to agreed success criteria.
Act as a senior point of contact for clients, engaging with key stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define success metrics, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Define and validate project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
Provide regular, structured reporting on project status, risks, and issues to both client and internal leadership, recommending and implementing corrective actions where needed.
