Prior primary care clinical background with strong management experience

3+ years NP clinical experience in relevant care settings.

Fluid usage of the Google suite of products.

This position represents an amazing opportunity for an ambitious APP leader ready to take on a crucial role building out and leading the Active Care Service for Devoted Medical Primary Care.

As an Active Care APP Manager, you will be responsible for the clinical and operational oversight of a team of Advance Care Providers (APP) who will deliver world class primary care to Devoted Health Plan members.

This position also includes direct clinical responsibilities in caring for our patients.

On a day-to-day basis you will work closely with the primary care leadership team, the APPs on your team, and cross functionally to deliver on our ambitious objectives.

You will be building a best in the nation virtual primary care practice supported by advanced AI-enabled technology, a network of clinical and community outreach professionals, and comprehensive Devoted Medical programs — including virtual urgent care, specialty care such as behavioral health, complex care management, and clinical pharmacy services.
