QA Automation Tester - All levels

Proven experience in test automation framework development using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Robot Framework, or similar (Python, Java, or C#)

Strong experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines

Hands-on experience with UI and API test automation

Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira

Experience designing and implementing scalable automated testing solutions

The QA / Test Automation Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions through robust testing strategies and automation practices.

Acting as a key contributor within the delivery lifecycle, this role focuses on designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks, leading testing activities, and ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

Working across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), the QA Lead operates effectively within Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, standards, processes, and best practices

Lead and manage daily and weekly activities of the test automation team

Define test strategies, plans, and execution approaches to ensure comprehensive test coverage
