Area Vice President of Operations

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with hospice or post-acute experience strongly preferred.

Proven track record of leading multi-site operations and driving performance improvements.

Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in hospice and home health.

Strong financial and operational acumen.

Ability to travel regularly to Luminary Hospice agencies.

Reporting to the SVP & General Manager, this leader ensures agency performance, clinical quality, and patient care consistently reflect Luminary's mission and standards — while serving as a trusted thought partner on growth, compliance, and operational excellence.
