Responsibilities

AECOM is seeking a

Senior Manager – Traffic Monitoring

to lead traffic monitoring operations supporting regional transportation agencies and roadway networks in Nebraska. This role oversees the operational unit responsible for monitoring roadway conditions, tracking incidents, and supporting transportation system performance through real-time data and operational coordination.

The Senior Manager will direct program delivery, manage operational staff, and ensure traffic monitoring services are delivered reliably and in accordance with client requirements and company standards. The role includes responsibility for operational planning, financial management, and program performance reporting.

This position requires a strong understanding of transportation operations, the ability to lead technical teams, and experience coordinating with public-sector transportation agencies to support effective traffic monitoring and incident response programs.
