Requirements

At least six months of experience handling inventory or performing cycle counts in a retail environment.

Comfort using point-of-sale systems and handling transactions accurately.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Open availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.

As a

Lead Inventory Coordinator at Curaleaf

, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting efficient store operations. You'll be responsible for receiving, counting, and managing inventory in compliance with state medical cannabis regulations. As an Inventory Coordinator, you'll ensure products are properly tracked within Metrc, Dutchie or Sweed POS, and/or state-specific seed-to-sale systems, enabling customers to find the products they need when they need them.

Assist front-of-house team with sales when needed to support exceptional customer service.
