Director, Engineering - Platform

10+ years of experience in engineering leadership building SaaS products in a modern SaaS environment

5+ years of experience at the director level or higher

Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI development tools

Experience and knowledge of best practices for scalable delivery, core platform systems, site reliability engineering, and developer experience

Experience developing, evolving, and maintaining high-volume, scalable solutions

Deep understanding of organizing engineering teams to deliver customer value iteratively

In this role, you’ll be responsible for teams that develop our product platform, which powers our 5 (soon to be 6 and beyond) industry-leading security products.
