Requirements

7–10+ years’ experience managing large‑scale operations or service delivery functions in sports technology, broadcast or mission‑critical environments.

Proven ability to lead distributed teams, build SOPs and manage complex scheduling across multiple venues.

Experience operating camera‑based tracking or broadcast systems.

Familiarity with MLB, MiLB, NCAA and international baseball logistics.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $76,376.00 - $101,834.00. This range does not include any other compensation components or bonuses for which an individual may be eligible. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, unique skill sets, educational background, professional certifications, and geographic location.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including:

Responsibilities

The Operations Director owns how we run baseball systems across MLB, MiLB, NCAA and international venues.

This role unifies Hawk‑Eye and KinaTrax operational practices, leading live service delivery, staffing, logistics, capacity planning and continuous improvement.

The Operations Director ensures that every game and lab operates smoothly, so the Head of Baseball can focus on long‑term growth.

The role does not own technology deployment (TechOps) or product direction (Solution Owners), but does hold TechOps and other teams accountable to operational timelines and standards.
