Responsibilities
Work with subject matter experts to implement scalable learning programs tailored to Functional Areas (FAs) and Games-time roles
Ensure training content aligns with LA28’s Accessibility Strategy, ADA and IPC standards, and industry best practices
Measure effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, adoption metrics, and operational readiness outcomes
Enablement Resources and Tools
Lead creation and socialization of accessibility toolkits, guidance documents, and templates to support planning and delivery
