Responsibilities
Lead, design, and implement integrated RGMX plans and approaches tailored to the Uzbekistan market to support topline revenue growth and margin expansion by better targeting all key stakeholders (Consumers, Shoppers, and Customers).
Collaborate with system partners to
and execute targeted growth initiatives in Uzbekistan through pricing, promotions, OBBPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, Channel) actions to unlock revenue, volume, and transaction opportunities.
Ensure the seamless integration of aligned RGMX priorities into market execution, influencing PICOS (Picture of Success), RED (Right Execution Daily), price terms and promo spending at the country level.
Monitor all RGM drivers for Franchise Unit business performance in Uzbekistan, reporting results with root cause analysis and mitigation plans as needed.
Support the development of RGM capabilities for the Uzbekistan team, including training (e.g., through RGM Academy) and use of commercial tools (such as TPO, CPS, etc.).
