Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary between $80,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience. The role includes performance-based bonus eligibility, flexible benefits, group RSP after one year, vehicle or allowance, cell phone or allowance, three weeks+ of vacation, paid emergency days, an annual fitness credit, and a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you are accountable for the planning, execution, and financial performance of assigned projects. You report to the Vice President of Operations and lead site supervisors, project administrators, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver work safely, on schedule, and on budget.
This role requires strong discipline, attention to detail, and sound judgment. Project Managers at Hawkins operate in a high-accountability environment with low tolerance for missed details, informal controls, or unmanaged risk.
The role includes involvement in estimating activities, which supports our work acquisition efforts and helps ensure Project Managers maintain a strong understanding of project costs from bid through completion.
Plan, schedule, and manage projects from award through close-out.
Manage budgets, forecasting, change orders, and monthly cost reviews.
