Requirements

15+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, or marketplace platforms; including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.

Demonstrated success building GTM strategies, portfolio positioning, pricing/packaging frameworks, and demand-generation programs.

Deep experience with subscription lifecycle marketing, customer retention, segmentation, and complex buyer journeys.

Proven ability to craft influential narratives and thought leadership that shape market perception.

Strong analytical mindset with experience connecting marketing activity to pipeline, conversion, retention, and revenue outcomes.

Experience in commercial real estate, data platforms, research tools, or analytics is highly preferred.

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Director to lead the end-to-end marketing inclusive of acquisition and retention for Crexi Pro and Crexi Intelligence.

This leader will shape the narrative, positioning, lifecycle strategy, and go-to-market approach across our subscription portfolio.
