Responsibilities
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Zone President, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential matters with discretion. This role also oversees a team of Executive Assistants (4-6 individuals) and is responsible for their development and engagement – beyond supporting their KHX members and other leaders. Success requires both operational excellence and the willingness to provide dependable support outside standard hours.
Provide administrative support to the Zone President, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective time management.
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones and stakeholders, and be available to make last-minute adjustments as necessary.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and timely delivery.
Handle confidential matters with discretion, including sensitive employee issues, performance management, and other HR-related topics.
