Requirements

8–12+ years of experience across Product Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Product Management, or related fields, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility.

Proven track record of defining and scaling product operating models and analytics ecosystems in high-growth SaaS or platform environments.

Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and shape product and business strategy through data-driven insights.

Deep expertise in product analytics, including event instrumentation, data modeling, KPI development, and experimentation frameworks.

Strong tools & data fluency (experience with tools such as Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Snowflake, or similar).

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Director of Product Operations

will serve as a strategic leader and force multiplier for the Product organization at Tekmetric.

This role is responsible for defining and scaling the operating system that powers product decision-making, ensuring alignment between product strategy and business outcomes, and enabling teams to execute with clarity, speed, and impact.

Product Strategy, Insights & Business Impact

Own the end-to-end product insights function, establishing a clear, company-wide understanding of product performance, customer behavior, and growth levers.

Synthesize portfolio level data into executive-level insights that directly influence product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and company OKRs.
