To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to meet each requirement satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a technical college or university in Business, Management, or Engineering or another technical/scientific discipline and combined minimum 7 years of engineering and project management experience (minimum 5 years of engineering/product development experience, minimum 2 years of project lead/management experience in a technical field).
An advanced degree may be substituted for experience.
Must possess hands-on experience with project management and project management leadership.
