Responsibilities
Join our team as a Machine Operator in Pour & Debridge Department. The Machine OPerator is responsible for assisting operation, set up of parts, and material flow. This role is crucial for ensuring our products meet quality standards and are prepared efficiently for further processing.
Perform quality checks during the Pour & Debridge process, report issues to Tech or Supervisor
Assist Technician/Operator in locating and moving parts.
Sets up machines and cut with the use of a saw per the prioritized metal, changing size and length as required.
Maintains cut are neat, labeled bundles as well as coil strut in usage area keeping it stocked from the overflow. Ensure labels are placed on partial coils.
Verify by die prints that all parts match and requirements of the assembly are met.
