Experience managing an active creator roster across multiple simultaneous campaign workstreams

Lucid Motors is seeking a platform-fluent and creatively driven Creator & Influencer Specialist to own the company’s always-on creator and influencer program. This role is the single point of accountability for the full creator ecosystem — roster development, campaign briefing, content oversight, agency management, and performance measurement — and serves as Lucid’s internal subject matter expert on influencer strategy and platform trends.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

The Creator & Influencer Specialist operates independently, manages external agency partners, and collaborates closely with the Talent and Partnerships teams to identify cross-pillar amplification opportunities. The goal is a creator program that feels talent-led and culturally credible — not promotional.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of culture and commerce, brings a native understanding of the creator economy, and takes pride in building programs with real cultural weight.
