As a Patient Intake Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping patients access the care they need; coordinating referrals, gathering important information, and scheduling appointments with the right clinic for therapy or functional testing.

You’ll be part of a team that’s dedicated to delivering a seamless, supportive experience for every patient.

Help patients get the care they need by scheduling evaluations, treatments, and specialized testing (like FCEs) quickly and accurately.

Review referrals and medical documentation to make sure every appointment is set up for success.
