Product Lead - Technical Writer

7+ years of experience as a technical writer, including leading or mentoring a team of writers.

Outstanding academic background and a passion for working in a high-tech software development environment, with the ability to understand and translate technology into simple yet comprehensive terms for end users.

Familiarity with data platforms and an understanding of different financial instruments and their lifecycle, preferred.

AI fluency is a must — you actively use AI tools in your day-to-day writing workflow, from drafting and structuring content to reviewing and refining it, without compromising accuracy or voice.

Experience working directly with engineering teams; you can read technical specs, ask the right questions, and translate complexity into clarity.

Author and review deliverables including user guides, release notes, API documentation, and other client-facing content.
