Data Linkage Manager

Clinical Research, Data Management, Data Privacy, Informatics, Record Linkage

Doctor’s degree in a relevant field such as biomedical sciences, bioinformatics, health services research, economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or health informatics.

Minimum of seven (7) years leading large, multi-year federal research, data management, or informatics programs, including major administrative data linkages.

At least seven (7) years of experience in risk management, quality assurance, and data security.

Proven success leading tasks for federal agencies, including at least five (5) years as a task lead on efforts of comparable size and complexity.

Broad technical background across networks, hardware, software, and cloud services.
