Responsibilities

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outside Account Manager to join our team in Winnipeg, Canada. In this role, you will be the face of our organization to our valued customers, building and maintaining strong, ethical relationships while driving profitable sales growth. As an Outside Account Manager, you will develop comprehensive knowledge of each customer's business, become their trusted advisor, and ensure we serve as their primary supplier. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship building, strategic thinking, and achieving ambitious sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Visit customer offices, facilities, and job sites to assess business needs, develop strong relationships, and generate profitable sales opportunities

Prospect and identify new customers within your territory; communicate viable prospects and market trends to management

Lead and own the complete sales process, including preparing sales call reports, territory planning, and establishing growth targets

Analyze customer data and market trends to develop and execute strategies that profitably grow market share while meeting or exceeding established targets

Process orders, quotes, and job packages efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation
