Benefits Specialist - 2nd shift

Familiarity with leave management systems

In this role, you’ll serve as a key resource for employees navigating benefit programs, ensuring they receive clear, accurate, and timely information. You’ll support the administration of multiple benefit plans, assist with annual enrollment, and help deliver a positive employee experience and ensuring

Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure high‑quality service

Assist with leave of absence administration (FMLA, state leaves, ADA accommodations, etc.)

Strong understanding of health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and relevant regulations (HIPAA, ACA, FMLA)

Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
