As the Order Management and Collections Specialist, you will ensure that all orders are processed, invoices are accurate and sent out timely, and liaison with customers to ensure timely payments. You will have excellent attention to detail, solve problems, and provide collections insights to leaders.

Ensure collections for invoices are received in a timely manner

Complete vendor onboarding questionnaires, registrations for payment portals, complete bank verifications, and provide necessary documentation to customers for timely payment

Coordinate collection efforts for past due invoices

Manage customer inquiries and resolve billing issues, including ensuring internal records for customers are accurate and up to date
