Field Construction Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred; equivalent field experience considered.

12+ years of progressive field construction experience within industrial, energy, infrastructure, or heavy civil environments.

Minimum of 5+ years in a construction leadership role (Field Manager, Senior Superintendent, General Superintendent, or similar).

Demonstrated experience overseeing projects ranging from $10MM–$100MM+.

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, workface planning, and field productivity management.

Proven experience managing multiple contractors and complex scopes simultaneously.

Lead daily on-site construction activities across assigned capital projects.

Coordinate and manage multiple contractors and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project scope and schedule.

Monitor field productivity and proactively address sequencing or coordination conflicts.

Ensure construction activities adhere to approved schedules, identifying and escalating risks to the critical path.

Conduct daily site walks to verify quality, safety compliance, and work progress.

Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with Atlas safety policies and regulatory requirements.
