Automotive Parts Coordinator

Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience

Knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and systems

Will be required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

Accurately identify and recommend automotive parts based on customer & technician needs.

Source and order complex automotive parts for both customers and our internal shop team

Process sales transactions, including parts orders and returns

Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and stock room

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

As Parts Specialists, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with parts identification, order fulfillment, and product recommendations. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive the right parts, along with expert advice and outstanding service. You’ll also help manage our inventory of parts and provide accurate, quality service to our internal shop team.
