Tire Tech

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Valid driver's license required.

High school diploma or GED required.

Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and other business software.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required.

Inspect, diagnose, and perform comprehensive tire service and maintenance on company equipment.

Accurately document service details, enter information into company systems, and communicate findings to the shop or service providers as needed.

Ensure compliance with the company's tire maintenance program by identifying service needs and recommending appropriate actions.

Resolve maintenance issues efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.

Consistently adhere to established processes, procedures, and quality standards.

Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, vendors, and internal departments.
