Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Laboratory Manager

Maintain laboratory certifications and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Manage laboratory equipment, including calibration, maintenance, and procurement.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Conduct field visits to project sites, supporting testing operations in varied terrain and weather conditions.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry.

We are seeking an accomplished and driven professional to serve as our Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Laboratory Manager — a strategic leadership role at the core of our quality assurance operations. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of laboratory management, including personnel, equipment, testing protocols, and compliance with industry and accreditation standards (USACE, AMRL, CCRL). The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, operational excellence, and a commitment to safety and precision in support of complex construction projects.

As the CMT Laboratory Manager, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to ensuring the integrity and safety of construction materials and structures. Your leadership will directly impact the success of infrastructure projects across diverse environments and conditions.

Direct and coordinate daily laboratory operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant testing services.
