Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney required.

Active Georgia state specific real estate license (salesperson or broker) required.

Georgia Real Estate Instructor license required.

Previous instruction and/or training experience required.

Computer with an HD camera and microphone required.

Quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet connection required.

Instruct assigned courses according to the provided course plan.

Actively engage with students online.

Utilize strong understanding with webinar/livestreaming technology and online instruction.

Recommend strategies for success and assist students in meeting course objectives.

Participate in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings and trainings as required.
