Responsibilities
Our Food Runners play an important role in ensuring that dishes are delivered from the kitchen to guests accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
This position requires attention to detail, timing, and composure, supporting servers and the culinary team to maintain a seamless dining experience.
Deliver food and beverages to tables accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with elevated service standards
Coordinate with servers and culinary staff to ensure correct orders, presentation, and timing
Maintain keen awareness of the menu, including ingredients and potential allergens, and monitor for special dietary requirements
Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting as needed
