Responsibilities
Enablement & Content Operations Manager
to serve as the central hub for all internal enablement content and to provide critical operational support to our Marketing and Product Marketing teams.
This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, product education, and marketing operations—ensuring the right content reaches the right audience at the right time.
You won’t be conducting trainings or creating marketing content from scratch—but you’ll own the systems, processes, and coordination that make all of it run smoothly.
Maintain a centralized content library (internal) with clear versioning, tagging, and accessibility standards
Own and manage the Customer Learning Management System (LMS), including content organization, user access, reporting, and ongoing maintenance
