Regional Operations Manager

7+ years of leadership experience in Fixed Operations, including multi-site or regional responsibility; Stellantis experience strongly preferred.

Proven track record managing P&L across multiple locations and exceeding OEM CSI, gross profit, and operational goals.

Demonstrated success developing and managing site-level leaders.

Strong knowledge of Stellantis systems (DealerConnect, wiADVISOR, STAR Parts, Mopar standards) strongly preferred.

Strong business acumen with the ability to manage regional P&L, budgets, and forecasts.

Will be required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials

The Regional Senior Manager, Dealership Operations leads Carvana’s fixed operations performance across multiple service centers in the East region.

This leader owns regional P&L, throughput, labor efficiency, parts performance, and customer experience.

They are accountable for consistent execution and results across every location.

This is a multi-site leadership role focused on building capable site leaders, standardizing how the network operates, and balancing capacity against demand from site to site.

Own regional P&L — revenue, labor efficiency, gross profit, and customer experience across all sites in the region.

Manage and develop store level GMs (typically 3–4 sites); hold each site leader accountable to targets and grow their capability.
