Requirements
Experience in consumer, apparel or supply-chain-heavy environments
Experience in investment banking, management consulting, Big 4 accounting, or a high growth direct-to-consumer business, with a track record of high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with financial planning systems and ERP tools (Workday Adaptive, NetSuite).
Experience working with large datasets; proficiency with BI tools such as Looker strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base salary
range is
$95,000 - $125,000 + 5% bonus
eligibility, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with product teams (merchandising, planning, supply chain) to analyze AUR, AUC, IMU, markdown, and margin drivers across categories, styles, and sales channels
Identify and communicate margin risks and opportunities driven by pricing, discounts, cost changes, and mix, translating insights into clear business implications
Support scenario modeling related to sourcing decisions, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives
Inventory & Working Capital:
Partner with Supply Chain and Planning to forecast and monitor inventory investment, unit economics, and working capital
Develop clear reporting and insights on inventory health
