Configuration and Data Management Specialist

Hands-on experience with document control processes, technical data management, and configuration item release workflows.

Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management systems and workflow-driven methodologies.

Maintain the configuration and effectivity of complex product structures, ensuring accurate alignment with engineering changes, baselines.

Experience with JIRA or other agile planning tools

Experience with Teamcenter PLM or similar systems.

Experience in supporting configuration management in agile development environments.

As a member of the Configuration Management team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of configuration management processes across the organization.

You will work closely with teams to ensure that all configuration items and documentation are properly tracked, verified, and aligned with organizational standards to maintain the integrity and compliance of the system.

Perform and support document control, ensuring all configuration management (CM) processes are followed for the proper handling, storage, and release of technical data.

Review Change Notices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with CM standards before Change Review Board presentation.

Execute the release and change process for configuration items, including verifying compliance with established standards and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Maintain configuration data integrity in systems, ensuring all changes are correctly captured and processed.
