The VP, Finance & Accounting is a senior enterprise leader responsible for shaping financial governance, driving strategic financial decision-making, and ensuring the integrity of the company’s financial reporting, controls, and risk management environment.

This role leads a team of approximately 30 across accounting, financial reporting, plant finance, audit, treasury, capital controls, master data, and shared services.

The VP serves as a key advisor to the CFO and executive leadership, supporting strategic growth, capital management, operational excellence, and financial integrity across the enterprise.
