As an Account Director within our Medical Affairs team, you will act as a strategic partner to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, leading the development and delivery of impactful Medical Affairs programs across a range of therapy areas.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing strategic counsel, and overseeing programs that support scientific exchange, stakeholder engagement, medical education, advisory boards, congress activities, and broader Medical Affairs objectives.

The role would suit an experienced client services professional with a strong Medical Affairs background who enjoys leading teams, developing client partnerships, and identifying opportunities for growth.

You will work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team alongside scientific, engagement, creative, and digital specialists, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality programs while contributing to the continued growth and success of the Medical Affairs offering at Nucleus Global.
