We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Roku engineering team, which is responsible for building and maintaining applications on Roku devices. In this role, you will focus on people leadership, execution, and cross-functional alignment, partnering closely with Product, Design, and QA to deliver the best possible anime fan experiences.

You will:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers working on Roku applications

Own team execution, delivery predictability, and quality outcomes

Partner with Product, Design, and QA to plan and deliver roadmap commitments

Facilitate technical discussions and support architectural decision-making

The Roku team is responsible for building and maintaining our Crunchyroll apps for Roku streaming devices and TVs. Our goal is to produce a robust application that delivers content that will delight and engage our audiences, partners and internal stakeholders. We embody Crunchyroll’s collaborative spirit, and work closely with various internal teams to engineer scalable solutions that can be shared across all client platforms.
