Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Account Renewal & Growth:
Renew current agreements and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new users, additional services and products. Develop and execute strategies to drive account growth and enhance client value.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions.
