Material Handler 2 - Custom Entrance Day Shift

Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of this job.

Competent in core-software programs: Microsoft Office Suite, must be proficient in Excel, Epicor preferred

Must be able to multitask – prioritization of tasks

Must be detailed orientated and able to work independently

Previous production scheduling or purchasing experience preferred

Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing with all levels the organization as well as external customers

Receive and process orders directly from our facilities via purchase order or software service connect.

Review Epicor Sales Orders for accuracy and schedule compliance for transfer into the Epics production software

Perform order maintenance as needed - adds, deletes, or changes

Generate the Daily Production Report

Generate purchase orders for inter-company metal

Provide back up as needed to other Production Control positions
