Quickly identify bottlenecks that affect site throughput and efficiency.

Conduct root cause analysis, develop action plans, and  execute with the site leadership team and associates.

Conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership, reporting on performance versus targets, challenges, and countermeasures.
