Executive Director / Director of Care

For this role, you need:

Current RPN Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required

Previous experience in a Retirement or Residential Care or Hospitality setting essential

Minimum 5 years previous management experience

A working knowledge of the marketplace and the needs of seniors

Previous experience in marketing, preferably in residential care

We are looking for an Executive Director/Director of Care for our Seniors Living Home to make a difference in the lives of the Residents we serve. Your guidance shapes the service we provide, supports your team, and creates the community we want our Residents to thrive in.
