Fortis Fire & Security is seeking a highly organized and client‑focused

Account Manager - National Accounts

This customer‑facing role is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of multi‑location and national commercial accounts by serving as the primary day‑to‑day contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and coordinating inspections, service activities, and deficiency remediation across multiple sites.

The Account Manager is an individual contributor with no direct reports, requiring strong communication, operational coordination, and follow‑through to support renewals, maintain customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for account growth.

up to 50% travel to client locations and Fortis operating branches.

Communicate regularly with clients regarding scheduling, service progress, inspection findings, and next steps.
