Nourish is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to drive execution of complex initiatives, and contribute directly to our codebase and technical direction.

You’ll work closely with product, design, analytics, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact features with strong ownership and quality.

Lead, develop, and grow a team of engineers while maintaining a technical role in architecture and implementation.

Partner with product and design to define objectives, scoping, and delivery timelines.

Drive thoughtful decision-making around system design, code quality, observability, and scalability.
