Requirements
More than 3 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Email Marketing, or Marketing Automation, ideally in B2B/B2C SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth tech environments.
Hands-on experience building and optimizing lifecycle programs across the funnel.
Experience working within a CRM or marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred but not required).
Able to solve complex problems quantitatively and develop clear, data-driven business recommendations.
Strong understanding of CRE customer behavior and segmentation.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy, prioritization, and optimization.
Responsibilities
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle marketing - from acquisition through retention by building audience specific campaigns that attract them to Crexi and makes them customers for life.
This role works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, Analytics and our internal marketing agency of experts in their respective fields to design, launch, optimize, and scale programs that move users through the funnel and drive measurable business impact.
Defines, designs, and builds data-driven lifecycle programs spanning acquisition, onboarding, engagement, expansion, and retention.
Develops lifecycle strategies and content frameworks across email, in-app, and push notification channels.
Owns the full campaign lifecycle; from ideation and briefing to launch, QA, optimization, and performance reporting.
Builds automated journeys including nurture flows, onboarding sequences, re-engagement, upsell/cross-sell, retention and win-back programs.
